NSFX provides the user with the option to trade with MetaTrader4. The MT4 is a known platform, which provides the user with many trading options such as: instantly executed orders, an integrated economic calendar and analysis, powerful charting tools, multi-lingual, real time quotes, custom trading strategies, automated alarms, and much more. Since we are familiar with the platform, we very much enjoyed using it with NSFX guidance and customer support. For new traders, NSFX provides platform tutorials that are great and easy to understand. We understand that NSFX plans to add additional platforms like NS Trader. The NSFX Demo account is a replica of the live account, and you can begin trading with $100,000 right away.
Ease of Use:
One of our favorite features was “MyNSFX” – with other brokers, we were pretty frustrated with the existing systems, and were surprised to see that NSFX offers a unified management console that provides us with all the tools we might need in one place. MyNSFX integrates with MT4 allowing the trader to concentrate on one work space. This allows smooth sailing for the trader.
NSFX Customer Service was pretty impeccable – there is a chat available almost at all trading times, which is easily reached from every page on the website and on MyNSFX. The customer support phone service can be contacted through their contact us page – providing us with German, Italian, Spanish, English, & Arabic speaking representatives. We sent NSFX an e-mail asking for help with the sign up process – we received an answer after 9 hours. This was okay, considering that following that answer, we began a conversation with the sales representative which yielded speedy replies and great service overall. We definitely feel that NSFX is “just around the corner” if we have a question or a concern.
